Shipping & Return Policy

At Shared Pour, we want to ensure that you are over the moon about your recent purchase and shopping experience.

If you purchase a product that you feel is defective, corked, or otherwise unfit for consumption, please reach out to us. We will help facilitate the return and we’ll handle analysis of the bottle and the producer.

If you elect to return a bottle you no longer wish to own, it must be returned unopened and a return shipping rate will be applied. Shared Pour will not charge and restocking fees in this instance for your first returned order.

Orders can not be returned after 30 days from day of receipt.

Shared Pour ships using legally licensed carriers in the United States. Our carriers are required to verify your age on delivery. Our carriers will make three attempts to deliver, and after 3 failed attempts to deliver, your package will be returned to us at your cost.

Please ensure that you can legally receive spirits in your state of residence. Shared Pour does not ship internationally or to US Territories. Shared Pour does not ship to PO boxes or other non-direct residential locations. Shared Pour’s shipping policy may change at any time, for any reason.

At the time of sale, the deed of purchase is passed from Shared Pour to you, the buyer. Shared Pour then facilitates the shipping of your package. Ensure that you can receive and import packages with spirits to your state or territory.

Credit Card chargebacks initiated before the arrival or return of a product will result in your account being terminated with Shared Pour and any relevant legal action being initiated.
